Registration
If you are a new player to the Adult Hockey Association and want to join a team, you must attend an Evaluation.
Please Note: Registration for AHA Duluth will be available in October.

USA Hockey registration is required.
All players participating in Adult Hockey Association programs are encouraged to register online directly with USA Hockey prior to registering with the AHA. If you would like the AHA to complete your program registration as well as your USA Hockey registration via mail/fax, you must include $45 in addition to the cost of the AHA program(s) you would like to participate in. The servicing fee is non-refundable. If you register online with USA Hockey prior to submitting your registration for the AHA via mail/fax (or if you are already registered) you must include your USA Hockey Confirmation Number with your forms and payment.
USA Hockey registration is an annual process and registration is valid from September 1st through August 31st. You must register with USA Hockey for the 2008-2009 season.
To submit your registration via fax/mail, please completely fill out (including all necessary signatures) and include each of the items below:
