Registration
If you are a new player to the Adult Hockey Association and want to join a team, you must attend an Evaluation.
To begin the registration process, proceed to the Online Registration page.

USA Hockey registration is required.
All players participating in Adult Hockey Association programs are encouraged to register online directly with USA Hockey prior to registering with the AHA. If you would like the AHA to complete your program registration as well as your USA Hockey registration via mail/fax, you must include $45 in addition to the cost of the AHA program(s) you would like to participate in. The servicing fee is non-refundable. If you register online with USA Hockey prior to submitting your registration for the AHA via mail/fax (or if you are already registered) you must include your USA Hockey Confirmation Number with your forms and payment.
USA Hockey registration is an annual process. New for the 2009-2010 season, registration is valid from May 1st through April 30th. You must register with USA Hockey for the 2009-2010 season.
To submit your registration via fax/mail, please completely fill out (including all necessary signatures) and include each of the items below:
