Substitute Goalies
If you need a sub-goalie for an upcoming game, please follow the guidelines below:
- Contact any/all of the goaltenders on the sub goalie list that are approved for your tier. Contact bolded names first as these are paid sub goalies.
- Contact any/all of the goaltenders on the sub goalie list that are approved for one tier below.
- Contact any current AHA goaltender from your tier if the goaltender does NOT play in your division.
- Contact your Tier Admin.
- B1, B2, D2 Tier Only: Due to the single divisions, these tiers may use any goalie from the list below that is approved for your tier with the approval of the opposing captain and the Tier Administrator.
If you can still not find a goaltender for your game, please contact the Tier Administrator as soon as possible. Any sub goalie used MUST be registered to play in the Winter Program, either as a regular goalie or a sub goalie. Use of a non-approved goaltender will result in forfeiture of all games involved and possible suspension of the team Captain.
Note: Your regular goaltender may only play out as a skater if approved to do so at your level and another player on that roster plays net.
This list will be updated at the beginning of every season.

If you are registered for the Winter Program and would like your name added to this list please contact the Tier Administrator for the level(s) in which you'd like to be listed.
The cost to register as a substitute goalie is $35. You can register online or mail in your Registration. You must also register with USA Hockey.
If you are already a member of AHA there is no additional fee.
